Refund & Return Policy

At EARNED., we produce high-performance apparel specifically for your order through our production partner, Contrado. Because every garment is custom-printed and handmade to your selected rank and size, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Please contact us within support@earned.run 14 days of receipt with:

1. Your order number.

2. Clear photos of the damage or defect.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Sizing Please consult our Size Guide carefully before purchasing. As a merit-based brand, we ensure our technical gear meets high standards, but we cannot restock items once they have been produced for you.
